I'M FEELING THE EFFECT!
first off, when it comes to gyros, i'd like to say that i'm quite the king. so i walk into this place with my crown and robe and instantly smell a mix of amazing spices.
The manager, assuming the owner?, was there and had the biggest smile.. love friendly service! he recommended the gyros and wow, it did not disappoint.
honestly, i couldn't believe this type of food is available AND hala! l.. the king bows to an amazing meal.. thank you, grill effect!! -

Dirty, half rude, no hamburger patties, soft drink machine broke. No wonder I'm the only one in this place. This one won't last long.

How can you get a bad gyro? I won't be back.
Reading other reviews about how tasteless and not fresh the food rings true. -

This is a junk food restaurant that serves burger and cheesesteak and stuff like that. I like the food especially the chicken philly. I like the taste of the peppers and onion and cheese. This restaurant used to be called chill and grill. Some of there food is overpriced like the coke.

I came in to Grill effect on Mar 30 and asked for a zinger burger combo and 2 pizza puffs, I then asked if I could change the zinger burger for a tandoori chicken burger to which the attendant Musaab says "sure you can" then proceeds to overcharge me 2.99 for a tandoori chicken meal even though there was a pizza puff combo that didnt warrant a 2.99 upcharge. I then proceed to ask him about the charge and he gives me an attitude like it was my fault for not being an expert at their damn menu. That in my humble opinion is robbery and intimidation and I hope the 2.99 is worth the loss of a customer, his friends and family and this review Mossab. I really hope the owner hears about this and sets you straight. I ended upaying 17.30 for mediocre oily food and I will tell all my family and friends what happened. Its not about the 2.99, its about the principle. Mussab obviously was not trained in customer service and I hope he gets the training he so desperately needs.
